SUNLU Nylon-6 Carbon Fiber (PA6-CF) Filament

SUNLU PA6-CF nylon filament combines 80% PA with 20% carbon fiber, delivering remarkable stiffness, strength, and heat resistance. It offers excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Engineered for strength and durability, SUNLU PA6-CF filament is suitable for industrial uses that require high torsional, tensile, and impact resistance. Ideal applications include gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames.

With a heat distortion temperature of up to 209°C, significantly higher than Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications like automotive exhaust pipes, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bases.

[Important Notes]
1. Dry the filament before use: 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.
2. Use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (e.g., hardened steel) to prevent wear caused by the filament's carbon fiber content.
