SUNLU PEEK is a premium engineering filament offering excellent heat resistance (HDT up to 147°C), high strength and toughness, superior chemical resistance, self-lubricating performance, and V0 flame retardancy. SUNLU PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) filament stands at the top of the plastics pyramid, offering outstanding strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. Capable of continuous operation at 240°C and short-term exposure above 300°C, it’s ideal for industrial applications where other materials fail.
Featuring a glass transition temperature of 143°C and a heat deflection temperature of 147°C, PEEK excels in high-temperature environments. Its exceptional chemical resistance ensures durability against acids, bases, and solvents — ideal for aerospace, automotive, and electronic parts.
