Achieve flawless ASA prints with SUNLUโ€™s expert-tested guidelines:
Temperature Control: Optimize nozzle temps between 250โ€“280ยฐC for smooth flow without oozing.
Adhesion Mastery: Use a 90โ€“110ยฐC heated bed with a glue stick or PEI sheet to eliminate warping.
Speed & Cooling: Recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 250-260ยฐC, printing speed of 50-100mm/s; temperature of 260-280ยฐC, printing speed of 100-200mm/s, bed temperature of 80-120ยฐC(176-248ยฐF).
