SUNLU PP Filament
SUNLU PP Filament combines lightweight performance with exceptional toughness and chemical resistance. Up to 27% lighter than PLA, it produces strong yet flexible parts while reducing material usage. With food-contact compliance, excellent resistance to acids and solvents, and outstanding fatigue durability, it is ideal for functional, everyday, and industrial applications that demand safety, longevity, and reliable performance.
The printed product is lightweight (PLA has a density of approximately 1.23 g/cm³, while PP has a density of approximately 0.9 g/cm³), making it about 27% lighter. SUNLU PP filament creates lightweight yet strong parts, helping reduce material consumption while maintaining high performance—ideal for functional prints and everyday projects.
SUNLU PP filament is food-contact compliant, suitable for printing containers, kitchen tools, storage boxes, and other safe-use applications where reliability and safety are essential.
SUNLU PP Filament is engineered with superior chemical corrosion resistance. Polypropylene filament withstands exposure to acids, alkalis, and solvents, ensuring stability and long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
With exceptional toughness, elasticity, and fracture resistance, SUNLU PP 3D printing filament offers impact strength and flexibility, making it perfect for durable, stress-resistant parts.
[Printing Tips]
To ensure optimal first-layer adhesion, use a print surface specifically designed for PP materials. Apply PP glue, set the part fan to 10% only, and print in an enclosed chamber to minimize warping. To enhance adhesion between the print and the platform, it is recommended to add skirt structures around the print. To prevent deformation caused by PP material crystallization, avoid using dense and rectangular infill patterns.
