Engineered for strength and durability, SUNLU PA6-CF filament is suitable for industrial uses that require high torsional, tensile, and impact resistance. Ideal applications include gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames. ย
High Strength & Rigidity: Carbon fiber reinforcement significantly increases stiffness, reducing deformation even under mechanical stress.
With a heat distortion temperature of up to 209ยฐC, significantly higher than Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications like automotive exhaust pipes, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bases. ย

1. Dry the filament before use: 80ยฐC for 24 hours or 110ยฐC for 4 hours. ย
2. Use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (e.g., hardened steel) to prevent wear caused by the filament's carbon fiber content. ย
